Accidental Carny Concession
One summer the trio met while working at the famous Calgary Stampede. It didn’t take long to figure out that between the three of them, they had everything they needed to start their own mobile food business.
Finally after a loooong summer of working at state fairs, k-days, exhibitions and stampedes, while brainstorming in their bunkhouse, drinking cheap box wine, straight from a so-called ‘souvenir cup’, the decision has been made.
Consequently the interest in food, combined with entrepreneurial attitude and practical life experiences somehow naturally resulted in a birth of the Accidental Carny Concession.
